Important Senior Dates

All Seniors who plan to participate in Boca Ciega'sGraduation Ceremony and/or GradBash MUST pay Senior Fees.  These fees cover the cost of cap and gown, graduation medallion, diploma, diploma cover and ceremony costs (facility rental, floweres, security).  Senior Fees are payable to Herff Jones online (www.herffjonesstpete.com) or in person at their office:  6009 Dr MLK Jr. St (9th St.) North, St Petersburg- phone number (727) 381-7714

Pay early to avoid fee increases

Nov 4- Feb 29th.....................$80.00
March 1st to March 31st........$90.00

April 1st to April 30th............$100.00
May 1st or later....................$110.00

               Yearbooks $60.00- price increases to $70.00 after Dec 18th

               Yearbook Senior Ads-students MUST submit payment as well as photos/text for Senior Ads before Dec 18th.  Spaces are limited.  See Ms. Fuss for more information in building 1, room 026

                Senior Portraits: Prestige on campus in main auditorium- sitting fee $15.00

                  Homecoming:

              26^th, Wednesday – Parade in Gulfport- Seniors interested in walking in the parade see Ms. Spiegel or Mrs. Oldja in the library

                 27^th, Thursday – Spirit Night-cancelled

                 28^th, Friday – Pep Rally during school day,  Senior Recognition before football game, Homecoming Court at half-time

                29^th, Saturday – Homecoming Dance
November
             1st - 15th Pre-order your Senior T-shirt in the Library during lunch or before school
                   $17.00 for S,M, L,XL  /   $19.00 for XXL, XXXL    cash, money order or check made out to BCHS
              4th  Senior Assembly  9:35-10:26  information about caps, gowns, and grad fees

              9th and 10th- Grad Fees and/or Grad Announcements collected during Lunch by Herff Jones

              10th- Parent Night w/Herff Jones-  6:00-8:00pm in cafeteria to pay for Grad Fees and/or                             Announcements

December
              5th - 16th  Senior Fundraiser:  Holiday Candy Cane Gram Sales
              9th  Deadline to purchase Grad Announcements from Herff Jones
              18th   Last day to purchase yearbook and yearbook ads before price increase

 

January             
                4^th  Senior Group Portrait for Yearbook  12:15-1:05 in gym
                       Pay Senior Fees NOW before they go up
February
                1st -   Bring your digital photos  to be included in slideshows:  
                        1.  Bring digital photos of you in high school (alone or with your Bogie friends) to the TV Studio to be included in Senior Breakfast Slideshow.........  please   "save as"  with your name

                27th- April 6th  Universal GradBash tickets on sale for $125.00 (includes bus transportation, CityWalk Pre-Party and GradBash).  All obligations must be cleared and grad fees paid  in order to purchase tickets

March

              26th - 30th Spring Break
April

               Clear up all obligations: return overdue textbooks, library books, candy money, uniforms, etc
               6th  Last day to pay for GradBash and return field trip permission forms. NO EXCEPTIONS

               19th  Seniors attending Grad Bash madatory meeting at 1:45 in the Library-

               20th  Graduation announcements distributed at lunch in cafeteria
               27th  GradBash.  All students attending Grad Bash must attend school this day. 

                          Student checkin 3:15 at bus circle behind JROTC building bus loaded at 3:30  from 

                          BCHS, returns on

              28th to BCHS at 4:00am

               

May

                1-18  Senior Breakfast ticket sales in library:   $20.00 cash or money order made out  to BCHS

                1-18  Senior Picnic ticket sales in library:  $5.00 cash or money order made out  to BCHS

                May 21, Monday- Yearbook distributed to seniors only

                May 21, Monday – Senior Awards Night (6:30-8:00)

                May 22, Tuesday – Picnic 12:45 – 2:20 (behind bldg 1)

                May 23, Wednesday – Breakfast: St Petersburg Yacht Club 8:00-12:00

                May 24, Thursday – Let Them Eat Cake (SGA) in gym

                May 25^th, Friday – 11:00-2:20 Ice Cream Social (SGA)

                May 26^th  –  Prom  Tradewinds Resort (Junior Class sponsored)

                May 29^th, Tuesday – Caps and Gowns distribution
